Refund policy

MIRA accepts eligible return requests within 7 days of product delivery. Due to the nature of fine jewelry, returns are accepted only for items that are defective, damaged upon arrival, incorrectly delivered, or otherwise eligible under applicable law.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at info@mira-jewellery.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Please do not send your item back before contacting us. If your return request is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately so that we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

Bespoke, made-to-order, customized, engraved, or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or otherwise eligible under applicable law. For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned unless defective. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges & Refunds

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is accepted and you would like a different item, please place a new order after your return has been processed.

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected, and we will let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without providing a reason. The item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
